These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.unfilteredthree.co.uk) and the purchase of any products, including our Mystery Bundles, from us. By placing an order on this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the explicit permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges, which will be calculated at checkout. We make every effort to display product details and colours accurately. However, images on the site are for illustrative purposes only, and actual packaging or product shades may vary. We reserve the right to alter prices, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Special Terms for Mystery Bundles
By purchasing any of our Mystery Bundles (including Accessory, Face Mask, Haircare, Skincare, Bodycare, or Mixed variations), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
Random Selection: The items contained within each bundle are selected completely at random from our available inventory. We cannot fulfill personal requests for specific brands, products, shades, scents, or ingredients.
Suitability: We cannot guarantee that the products will be suitable for your specific skin type, skin tone, hair texture, or personal preferences.
Duplication: Due to the high item count and highly discounted price point of our volume packs (e.g., 15 for £10 / 25 for £14.99 / 15 for £8), duplicate items may occasionally occur if multiple bundles are purchased.
Value Representation: Any stated retail value is an estimate based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or our standard individual selling price at the time the bundle was compiled.
Packaging: To maximize the product value passed on to you, Mystery Bundles are shipped in standard, unbranded transit mailers or cardboard boxes, not customized or gift-wrapped packaging.
5. Health, Safety, and Allergy Disclaimer
Customer Responsibility: We supply cosmetics, skincare, and haircare from various manufacturers. It is your absolute responsibility to read the full ingredient list on each individual product’s packaging before use.
Patch Testing: We strictly advise conducting a 24-hour patch test before using any new skin, body, or hair product, particularly those containing active dermatological ingredients (such as acids or retinols).
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Unfiltered Three Ltd shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, allergic reactions, skin irritations, breakouts, or hair damage resulting from the use or misuse of products contained within our bundles.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers generally have a right to cancel an online order within 14 days. However, exceptions apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
Strict Hygiene & Mystery Policy: Because cosmetics, skincare, and haircare are hygiene-sensitive, and because of the nature of a “mystery” item, all Mystery Bundle sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on “change of mind,” dislike of a product, scent, shade, or lack of personal suitability.
Damaged or Faulty Items: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item inside your bundle arrives broken, leaking, or fundamentally defective, you must notify us at contact@unfilteredthreeltd.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. At our sole discretion, we will issue a pro-rated refund, store credit, or a replacement for the specific damaged item only—not the entire bundle.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We will deliver the products in accordance with the delivery option you select during the checkout process.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unfiltered Three Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, routing errors, or postal strikes.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the items to your specified shipping address.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with your purchase, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall under no circumstances exceed the price of the products ordered.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
